Perfect for Temporary Events

Create While You Walk

Stand where the story happens and build the stop right there:

  • Add the location, including a welcome at the entrance, stage, demonstration area, promotional area, and more
  • Name the stop
  • Dictate or type the story
  • Add photos
  • Save
  • Walk to the next stop and add it to the tour.
  • Each stop only takes a few minutes each

No desktop required and in less than an hour you can make a complete guided tour of your event for guests.

Build It Once, Bring It Back Every Year

When you're ready, publish two ways. An Event Pass puts your tour live for a single weekend — 30 days, then it quietly returns to draft, ready to update and republish next season. Or, if your event runs every year, a subscription keeps it published continuously and users can take a virtual tour of the event, with an optional public directory listing for nearby travelers.

Either way, your pins from last year are still there, just update what's changed (Event Pass editing is mobile device only). With an annual subscription you can bring in staff to help write stops, edit the tour from mobile device or computer ahead of time, and use the tour to promote featured exhibitors before visitors arrive.

Walk. Talk. Publish.

Six steps from empty grounds to a finished audio tour.

1

Walk the Site

Cover the grounds stop by stop — the tour builds as you go.

2

Draft the Story

Dictate it on the spot. Rough is fine — no one hears it until you say so.

3

Let AI Redraft It

AI turns your rough notes into a clean narration draft. You review and approve everything before it's published.

4

Automatically Optimize for TTS

Your text is tuned for natural-sounding narration and you can add custom pronunciations.

Written for Visitors. Optimized for Listening.

5

Take Photos

Add photos straight from your phone as you walk.

6

Publish & Get Your QR Code

Publish your tour and get its QR code — print it on entrance signs, programs, tickets, maps, posters, and booths.

A Tour Guide in Every Guest's Pocket

Post the QR code at the gate. Guests scan once, and the tour plays in the free USTourGuide app as they walk the grounds — one shared app, not a custom app for your event.

Tours shared by QR are open to anyone with the link — for a public event, that's the point.
