Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel anytime
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
No partial-period refunds
We do not refund unused time in the current monthly or yearly period, except where the law requires it.
Apple purchases
If you bought through Apple In-App Purchase, refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's process. Request those through Apple.
Web purchases
If you bought on the web (Stripe), email support@ustourguide.app from your account's contact address about a dispute or refund and we will handle it.
How to cancel
Apple subscriptions: cancel in that Apple ID's Subscriptions settings.
Web subscriptions: email support@ustourguide.app from your account's contact address.
